Let me tell you all something, this air frier is not to be believed, my kids had been bothering me for the last little bit to buy something to cook food were you don’t need a huuuge grill, or use any oil, or anything big bulky, annoying and hard to clean, and to my luck I found this amazing, fantastic slick good looking, wholesome, quality air frier, there are many modes to easily cook my food on, it comes out perfect every time, you had to see the excitement on my kids faces how practical and easy it was, and best part how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this air frier, I def got what I paid for!!!!!

I bought my first air fryer back in 2019, and use it at least once a week. Its a great way to make “fried food” in a healthier way.As my fryer was getting to be very old technology, I decided that it was time to upgrade to something a little more modern. This Chefman air fryer pretty much checks off all the boxes of a modern day model. For starters, it looks great. From the digital display that’s built into the surface of the top of the unit, to the cool looking dial with the built in lights – it fits right in on the counter top of your kitchen.Another feature that I really like about this fryer is the window. With my old fryer, I had to constantly open it to see how things were progressing. With the Crispinator, you can just turn on the light, and look through the glass. As you can see in my picture, I was making fries and wings – all at the same time. Both were cooked from frozen, and came out excellent!!Another thing that I really like about this model, that my prior fryer did not have, is the removable tray that is inside the basket. In my old fryer, everything just sat in the bottom of the basket, and if you were making something that was greasy, or oily, the food just sat in the drippings while it cooked. The removeable tray that comes with this unit, keeps your food elevated above the drippings, and I also believe that this helps the air to circulate around the food, making it more crispy.Speaking of the basket, my old fryer had a 6 quart basket, which was quite big, and this one has an 8 quart basket, which is even bigger!Another thing that I really like about this particular fryer is that the temperature goes up to 450 degrees. My old fryer only went to 400 degrees. Not that you would cook at 450, but if you really want to get a good crisp on something, you can turn the temperature up to 450 and finish it off at that temperature. One thing that I’m a little concerned about, is the window that I like so much. While it says that the basket is dishwasher safe, I noticed that after the basket came out of the dishwasher, there was moisture inside the glass. Eventually it dried, but I’m not sure if this is going to turn into a problem or not. So far it, hasn’t.With that being said, again, I am very impressed with this air fryer. From its looks to its functionality, and it’s very reasonable price, I would highly recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a new air fryer.
I am a complete newbie with air fryers, and I really didn’t think I needed one. This model changed my mind! Why would I need an extra appliance on my counter when my oven had a convection setting? WOW I didn’t realize how fast an air fryer is, though! Or how it kept my kitchen much cooler for small tasks! So, while I can’t compare this model with others, I can tell you that it easily did what I needed it to. While I did have to read the instruction manual to understand how to set it the first time, after that it is intuitive. It’s big enough to put an 8 inch cake pan in it easily — a great option for college kids as a one-stop option for cooking. The only problem I had with it was that, when doing multiple batches of food back to back for a board game afternoon with family, it seemed to overheat. I got a ‘fan stopped” error, and I had to let it cool off for half an hour before I could use it again.
When air fryers first burst for unto the scene, I couldn’t get my hands on one fast enough. They have made quite the evolution over the years and I’ve had quite a few from cheap little single person to one I thought would feed my whole community. Well that one wasn’t even close to as big as this air fryer! When the box got here, I was excited and I didn’t quite know how big it actually was see I’m almost totally blind and sometimes it says a certain court, but it doesn’t live up to that claim. My gosh, this thing is huge and it works out perfectly when we have the grandkids during the week if they want chicken strips and tater tots I can throw in all of the chicken strips and all of the tater tots and cook them quicker than ever. Here’s the thing, though in the description, it said dials, which I assumed one was for turning it up and one was for the timer and for me that is an ideal situation however, there seem to be a couple of buttons and a rotating dial. I had to have the boss come put my fingers on where I need to push things because to be honest all I wanna do is air fry with it and luckily when I know where the power button is and I push the big round dial it fires up set on 400° air fry at 15 minutes exactly where I want it to be.This air fryer also has a light and with my particular blindness, I see light and dark and shapes, and I can tell exactly where the air fryer bucket needs to go in. This cooks food extremely fast and gets it very crispy just the way we like it around here. I honestly think you could fit a 5 pound bag of french fries or chicken into the bucket. It feels very well built, and it is very quiet. It’s also very easy to clean as it has a tray in the bottom of the bucket that just pops out, you can scrub it down and scrub the bucket easily not a basket inside a bucket like some of the other others and I’m here for it! At the end of the day, the price is right in the range I would expect to pay for an air fryer of this quality, and even though I didn’t quite understand how the controls work, they are easy enough for this blind guided control it. Recommend all day long!
