Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This is an awesome blender. It is not the most expensive but it performs as such. I would highly recommend thisblender for anyone who is in need of a good, basic, inexpensive blender. The glass globe is a little heavy, It mightnot work well if you have joint pain in your hands and need to lift it. The heavy glass globe is a plus for me and works perfectly!

I have been running this blender on and off for over a month now, and I have not experienced any of the “shut offs” or dead motor problems others have reported. That being said, this heavy duty blender seems to represent a considerable value for the money. On the plus side, I really enjoy the semi-retro look and feel of the entire unit, and the push button operation frankly couldn’t be any easier. The solid, glass carafe seems like it is going to live longer than me, and its weight keeps the spinning smooth when operating. It’s also a breeze to clean, because the urn pops right into the dishwasher. Absolutely no issue with motor speed or power, either.One complaint, however, is a design one. The urn assembly unscrews from the base in the same direction as the urn unscrews from the blade adapter. You really have to be careful when removing the urn assembly after blending because you can inadvertently separate the glass urn from the blade adapter, leaving it trapped in the base while your blender contents come flooding out the bottom. A simple reverse thread on one of the connections would solve this accident waiting to happen. It almost happened to me, and this would be an entirely different review if it had.

Excellent blender
I have had this blender for only few days so cannot comment on its longevity. However it appears well made and thought out. The jar locks firmly on the base so there is no risk of it toppling. The push on lid fits tightly on top of the jar so there is absolutely no risk of the contents being thrown over the ceiling. The speed buttons are logically placed and easy to push, with the pulse button at one end and the off button at the other end of the row of buttons. The jar is heavy and made of thick glass so feels durable. My only criticism is that the push-on lid needs a bit more overhang so that it can be removed more easily – the forward and rear projections are almost flush with the lid and, with the lid fitting so tightly, lifting the lid can be a bit difficult. However there is a smaller plastic lid within the main lid that can be twisted and easily removed, so adding extra ingredients is not a problem. All in all I am very pleased with this blender.
